What an experance.What a thrill ride.Nick was amazing. He treated me like family right away. He made sure i got want i wanted and that above all I WAS HAPPY.I was NOT taken advantage of. He showed me my budget and didnt try to upsell anything i couldn't afford.He was so kind, and carrying, i am so happy my mom took me there.Ill will go back over and over again.The place is clean, well kept, the cars all shine, EVERYONE there is ready to help and knowledgeable about what they sell.They have the car fax ready to go, they work with you and for you.Definitely Family.Thanks againUpdate. Excellent customer service. The technician was very informative. He told me about upcoming maintenance that will be required at my next milestone. I really appreciated the details. I will definitely return for the scheduled maintenance. Very pleased. I was also given two very good chocolate chip cookies!
This is my third vehicle purchase from Jeffrey Nissan. My first vehicle was the Nissan Versa -- great little car. My second was a Nissan Sentra as is my third. Nissan's are great vehicles -- I've had two before these and never really encountered any problems. My salesman, Joe Washington was very helpful with getting my set up in my vehicles. He's very professional, attentive and knowledgeable. I am very appreciative of all of the assistance he's given me. He's a great asset to Nissan.

I've been having problems with my front radar turning off while using adaptive cruise. I came in for a quick tire rotation and to have them check the radar problem, which is intermittent. They have ordered a new radar sensor for me and I expect that to be a quick and easy return visit. I have been using Jeffrey since 2000 (their Acura and Honda service departments) and my experience has always been good. This is my first Nissan (new Murano bought in May 2018) and I look forward to a great relationship.
