I received excellent customer service on 6/24/17 for my Nissan Rogue. I brought the car in for the 20,000 mile service. There was a recall having something to do with the computer system that relates to the transmission that I had not received notice about. They took care of the recall problem, performed the 20,000 mile service and washed the car and all within an hour and 10 minutes. Great service, great and gracious employee's all around!!

Service was quick and efficient. My little Versa has 119,000 miles and still going strong because of the great service I receive at Nissan.

Excellent service, would definitely recommend to family and friends and will be returning. They even washed and vacuumed my vehicle before I picked it up.

I picked up a new Rogue on Wednesday and drove it one day for a total of 12 miles. The next Monday I got in it and a low tire warning displayed. I drove it directly to Jeffrey service. The tire had a new sheet metal/ body panel type screw in it that I think was there when I picked it up, but none the less they repaired it in less than an hour and did not charge me. That' was good customer relations. Coincidently while I was waiting my salesman, Nick Leonardi, called to see how I liked my new Rogue, when I told him I was next door in service he came over to see that I was being taken care of, good salesman. The service personal was polite and attentive and the waiting room is clean and accommadating.

I just picked up my new lease from Jeffrey. I could not be more pleased about my experience. Bruce, Mike and Mark were beyond wonderful to work with. I previously had gone to a different dealership with receiving a lemon of a vehicle, with the most horrible expierence. Jeffrey made me change my outlook on going into a dealership! I never felt pressed into what type of vehicle to get, but more for what worked for my situation. My previous expeierence at a different dealership (jeep) was all about what made them the most money. Jeffrey only cared about what made me happy, and what helped me out in my situation. I recommend anyone and everyone to go here. Best customer service hands down- Nissan genuinely cares!!
